Hello everyone.
I have a blueetooth speaker with an internal 3.7v battery which died and stopped functioning.
The speaker itself doesnt work by itself if plugged apparently because the battery is dead.
I bought a 4.2v battery and replaced it. The initian battery charge did function and kept the speaker going for a while until the charge depleted and then I tried to charge the speaker via the USB port specified for charging, but it didn’t work.
The store where I purchased the battery said there was no problem in swapping both voltages, but apparently, there is. Does anyone know how to fix this?
