We are planning to set-up a LiFePO4 battery assembly locally and source only Cells, BMS from overseas, balance (housing, wiring, Interfaces and connectors etc.) locally to reduce cost. Would like to talk/discuss with someone who has done this or currently doing this at the moment as a business. Our main product is an Energy Storage System (ESS) and battery is the core component.
