Hi,
I have a relatively simple question I hope.
I have an appliance, that is:
230v
150w
0.85A
I want to run this on batteries for 24 hours per day, recharging at a time I choose.
I figure using 18650 cells (@1800mA) I will need 64 to achieve 230V but I will only have 1.8A of run time, so just over 2 hours.
I am missing something…that something is knowledge, because I fail to believe that I would need 11 banks of 64 cells wired in parallel…totalling 726 cells.
0.85A x 24 = 20.4A
20.4A / 1.8 = 11.3
64 × 11.3 = 725.333
Can someone please shed some light on this for me.
