Name the cell (36v 10ah)

I have a 36v 10ah battery for my bike that only shows 28.5 volts on the meter. It won’t take charge either.

I opened up the battery and it consists of BMS and two battery packs. However the cells are not the usual 18650 but flat packs instead. 10 cells per unit at approx 4 volts each.

I’ve found a broken cell (leakage) and it is marked

K-NP36-10AH K9

However, google is not my friend in this question so I ask you guys what this cell is called?

Also, I would like to attach some photos but is the only way thru link?

The battery has been damaged, please do not continue to use it, otherwise it will cause danger.
