Lithium sulfur batteries

Hello, I’ve been looking for new (available) batteries technology for sometime now.
After introducing my company to solid state batteries, lithium sulfur batteries caught my eye.
So first, I’d be glad if someone would give his opinion on this technology. Especially how good it is compared to LiPo.
Second, I’d like to know if, and where, can I purchase such batteries.

Lithium sulfur is very promising but experimental research for many years.

The LiS battery has the potential to power phones for five continuous days, or enable electric vehicles to drive more than 1000km without recharge

Australian guy’s seems to lead that technology for moment but impossible to see operational applications at this time.
Using the same materials in standard lithium-ion batteries, researchers reconfigured the design of sulfur cathodes so they could accommodate higher stress loads.

It will be very good if one Aussie guys of this team will join this group to exchange.
I will look to catch someone.
