I just bought a few LiPo batteries 103450 (2000 mAh) for my arduino project. When I received them, they were at about 3.8V. I recharged 3 of them with the TP4056 module (1A) up to 4.1-4.2V. When I checked their voltage with my multimeter (3 digits), I observed that the voltage was slowly decreasing. In about 30 min., it was finally stable at about 4V. Is it a normal behavior? I don’t have any proper LiPo charger, could it be that? Any ideas?
