Where can i find a distributor that offer support on LCB batteries, in South Africa? I got a battery from my father-in-law, which i had installed and connected 2 weeks ago. The battery however gives me a ‘T-sensor is open’ error. and I am unable to read any information from the BMS(no cell voltage, state of charge, current, etc.').
