Loss of Battery Life from storing Li-ion Batteries at Full Charge

I have a few devices that I am keeping ready for emergency situations. They mostly use 18650 and a couple use 123A. From what I have read it is best to keep them at around 50% charge for long term storage but that defeats the entire purpose of having them ready for an emergency. My intent is to check and top up the batteries every 3 or 4 months and was wondering if anyone knew how much loss of battery life will occur by fully charging them every time. Is it around 50% loss of life or 5% loss and what about charging to 90% or 80%. I understand that the life of the battery will be shorter but just how much will it be shortened roughly.

What is the specific application scenario for your battery? From my understanding, batteries will self-discharge if stored unused for a long period, and need to be recharged once every six months. The Thunder Sky Winston Battery I know has a monthly self-discharge of less than 1%. However, different brands of batteries have different self-discharge rates, so you may want to ask the manufacturer of the battery you purchased for specifics.
