Has anyone had any dealings with Newtipower? I saw some good reviews so I bought a pair of 200ah batteries. I haven’t tested them yet but they came well packaged and they look well built etc. However, I can’t find any info online about the company. I can’t find any customer service links or anything else. I bought them on Amazon and I see in the question section where answers have been posted from NewtiPower support but the hyper link only leads to more products, never customer support. Some of the Amazon reviews talk about favorable dealings with their support center but there is never a link to NewtiPower. One answer from NewtiPower explained the absence of online presence by saying they were a new company and working on their webpage, but that was in 2022. There is still nothing online.
It makes me more than a bit nervous.
