Hi, we recently built some 6s battery packs with 3d printed casings having a top and bottom half. Both halves have embedded aluminium busbars so that when cells are put inside and both halves are tightened together all the conections become secure. But the problem arises here, as soon as I connect the battery to a load it makes a weird crack noise and the voltage drops from 24v to 3v or 2v. There could be a lot of factors in this but I am unsure as to what should I adress first. I just wanted to ask if I can have some guesses, maybe from people who have used aluminium busbars in battery building or 3d printed casings for battery packs. Thanks.
