I don’t have time to measure the batteries monthly with a digital multimeter. I want to maintain a fixed charging schedule. Yesterday I charged AA Ni-MH 100% + 33 to 35 degrees Celsius, but I noticed that after 4 months the voltage drops to 1.08 to 1.25 v for my Toshiba and Mox batteries. Is 3.6 to 3.8 v good for storing Li-Ion? At a temperature of 33 to 35 degrees Celsius, + this voltage of 3.6 to 3.8 v, is it safe to charge it again to 3.6 to 3.8 v every 6 or 7 months?
