Hello, I ordered a razer viper v3 pro mouse three months ago, and the mouse no longer charges, or at least charges, but remains stuck at 0%, so the problem comes from the battery and disassembling the mouse, I saw that chongqing vcl electronict co was the manufacturers, I want to be able to get a new one, can you inform me about this?
i cant found any batteries for replace this one so im here to ask you help ^^.
