Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I have a lithium ion battery 29.2 volt that goes to an EZ Rider scooter. The BMS board that attaches to the battery is bad and I am lost on how to identify a replacement. EZ Rider will not provide information and I have had 2 dealers request a replacement with no luck. I can't afford to pay $700 for a new battery. I have found batteries that meet all the specs but the dimensions are not correct and/or the plugs dont match. I wish we had researched better before purchasing for my father in law. It's crazy that this company is the only provider of the battery. Any help would be appreciated.
