Bihon Hello, I am aware that connecting different voltage batteries in serial is not recommended, however I would like to know if there is some (management) device which could allow e.g. 12V+48V serial connection while preventing damage to the 12V one? Any input is welcome. Thanks in advance.
Tenny This can be done with a specially designed protection board, with a voltage of 60v after the series connection.
Bihon Thank you Tenny, however I made a mistake. It is about parallel connection, not serial. My appology. So I need to connect it in parallel with some sort of return voltage protection to smaller battery.
