For starters, I know nothing about batteries. My robot vacuum I’ve had a few years, is able to clean for a lot less time. I pulled out the battery pack and saw that it was 4 3.7v 18650 and labeled 14.8v but when I connected to my multimeter it read as 18v. How is this possible?
