Hi. I Bought about 10 x LCB 7.2kW Battery’s over the last 3 months for me and some friends. I had 3 that failed. 2 with BMS failures and one that smoke came out off. I exchanged them Yesterday and bought another 3 battery’s but 2 the problems again with the BMS failure. All the battery’s looks like they came out of the war and they were freshly Painted. The whole exchange was very sketchy out of a storage facility.

The ones that is working is working well but I am also struggling to get the communication to work with my Dye Inverters. I found a manual for a UFO battery that looks exactly the same but it didn’t help help me at all.

Can you please include me in sending me the Manual please?

        Also look at Leoch Batteries. The one I received looked exactly like the Leoch LFeLi-48100T battery. I used their manual. Working fine so far.

          Thnx, looks the same indeed. One thing: I was assured mine had CAN interface for communication and the manual for Leoch battery doesn’t mention it.

            I don’t mind sending the manual I found, but it doesn’t stop. I named the brand I googled so that it is easy to find the manual on the net.

            This shows the battery that this forum originally dealt with.

            Notice that the battery BMS is NOT connected to the inverter since the protocol is unknown.

            Also - see my reference to GITER and the reference to where the document exists.

            As far as my own installation is concerned. It is working same as BV9600E and due to a time constraint have not been able to get the comms working.

            PS - Stay alert to scams and unscrupulous internet vendors. The name LCB is - it looks like - being used by these scamsters. AND - There is a LCB company name in the far east BUT they DO NOT make LiOn batteries.

            Hi all.

            This is my first post but I did a lot of reading and checking to resolve my issue with the “LCB” 7.2kW battery which I purchased from Wholesale Solar. There was no manual and I cannot get any assistance from them - please avoid buying from them.

            Today I managed to get my battery to communicate with my Axpert King inverter. The Giter manual (for a smaller battery) is exactly what I needed to get the setting on the battery right. I had to make my own comms cable as you need to connect pin 3 to 4 and 5 to 5 on the network cable, the rest is not required.

            I will connect my PC tomorrow evening to do some changes but I am just super happy I finally got it to work.

              I have 2 x LCB 6.5 kW batteries. I do have them working with my Sunpays Axpert 5Kva Inverter, but really would like to know that I have the closest to correct settings.                   I myself recently bought the 7.2 LCB battery and want to found out if any one can please send met the manual as well. Just want to make sure all settings are correct. Currently my battery is only charging up to 3 bars and then it stops.

                  You guys must be sick of people asking for the manual, but I am also one that needs the manual. I just purchased 2x N energy batteries with a sticker on it that indicates it is 7,2 and 140ah from LCB. Myself cannot find a manual and got to this forum. I would like to set up the BMS and also the bulk charging voltage and the floating and the cut off voltage. I have a Axpert 7,2 Max inverter. They are currently charging and have been charging for an hour or so. I would also like to know what Amps the batteries should charge. I am currently using the User define setting on the Axpert.

                  I was also looking at wholesale solar, they have about the best prices, I said to them that people complain about the manual not coming with the battery and they sent me the manual. Are the batteries any good, before I go and buy them.

                  I have checked LCB website and it doesn’t show any lithium ion batteries.

                  Hello Guys, if you bought the unbranded 7.2Kw battery without the manual you have been cheated, the battery is actually a Giter G2500 and is a 2.5Kw battery and that is why you do not get the manual with. The batteries seem to work and you get +/- 2.5 hours running at 1000w from the battery.
